I love this story. Basically, an Illinois sheriff is refusing to evict tenants of buildings where residents have paid rent on time but landlords have not paid their mortgages. Massive fail federal (and state) government! It's only a matter of time before more people start taking things into their own hands like this guy. Is it vigilantism? If a lot of people do it, is it still vigilantism? I think there will be a lot more stories like this. No one is going to feel like bending over backward to kick someone out of their home for an industry that's guzzling tax dollars.
